Skill building and professional development opportunities are offered to employees and teams throughout the year.

The University believes in the value of education and provides opportunities to reduce the cost for employees’ dependents. Employees receive up to 50% tuition assistance at any accredited institution of higher education and 90% of tuition assistance for dependents accepted and attending W&L. W&L also participates in tuition remission exchange programs with the Associated Colleges of the South and the Great Lakes Colleges Association.
